It has its own car park which is great. I inform that i wish to have quiet room which hotel is very kind to arrange an upper floor room. The room 15 that i stayed was a bit small which u will directly hit the bed once open door however it is a nice & compact room. The hotel location is superb. Within walking distance to many of the famous eateries & streets. Only thing was that the toilet floor trap has water flow in as the basin water outflow is unable to flow out smoothly/ quickly i guess. Had informed the PIC to check & fix though.

I went with my mum to Penang and stayed at Macalister Terraces Hotel, so I decided to stay here due to its location. Great choice! The push cart chee cheong fun which is about 3 mins walk is great. Also easily accessible is new lane and the area with the famous chendol. As for the hotel itself, Liza really made the stay so much more pleasant. The room size is great for 2 people. However, I mentioned to the male manager on duty about the leaky water kettle when we boil water. To our dismay, he didn't do anything about it. Oh yes, I mentioned it was to celebrate my mum's birthday. In the earlier conversation, they mentioned that it would include a swan hotel, but they did not do it.

The hotel is 4 years old according to the staff, decently fresh and clean from the common area to the rooms. Great thing about the hotel is the availability of a private parking area in front of the hotel that makes boarding and disembarking safe away from the street. The hotel management can improve the room condition simply by greasing the door hinges. The toilet doors across the different rooms are giving very loud screeching noises.

Apart from the creaky toilet door, thin walls and thin pillows, everything else was perfect! Not your typical commerical hotel decor and design. Walking distance to many food stalls. Friendly staff and quiet neighborhood.

It's a nicely decorated and cozy boutique hotel, that's located just off the busy food areas in Georgetown. Near the buzz but without the noise and traffic.

非常棒的酒店，完全超預期！ 位置、服務、隔音、設施都很棒，實際酒店與酒店的圖文介紹非常一致，十分適合作為檳城city walk的落腳點。 如果再來喬治城（作為福建人，非常有可能再來），依然會把此處作為首選酒店。 （圖片與酒店無關，在檳城，自己一路都在找會館祠堂，也算是饒有趣味😀😀😀）

Could be more flexible with check-in time @ 3pm. when room is available. Go to China or most hotels in Malaysia, can check-in even at 10am.
